Design and Experiment of an Integrated Automatic Transplanting Mechanism for Picking and Planting Pepper Hole Tray Seedlings

چکیده
The operation of the semi-automatic pepper pot seedling transplanter has problem a low frequency manual operation. We designed new automatic transplanting mechanism based on clamping stem. Through movement law double-crank connecting rod mechanism, static trajectory beak shape and dynamic N were to meet requirements backward transplanting. kinematics equation picking was established parameter optimization program developed MATLAB. effect changes analyzed. A group combinations that met planting optimized. After optimization, height 220.8 mm, angle 21.03° 64.15°. plant spacing 260 which meets agronomic combination theoretical analysis prototype tests, test results showed basically consistent with actual trajectory, verifying feasibility design.
